Rustic Modern Sandcast Bronze Pocket Door Mortise Lock - Emtek

You want your sliding door to stay quietly hidden while still providing solid room privacy. This pocket door mortise lock from Emtek sits flush inside the track system for a clean, uninterrupted wall line. The sandcast bronze finish brings a grounded, tactile warmth to any interior transition.

Its rustic modern silhouette balances well with raw timber flooring and painted millwork. Recessed mounting keeps protruding edges out of the way, so bags and garments clear the path without catching. You simply guide the bolt along the track and turn the handle to secure the space.

The lightly textured patina masks routine finger marks far better than high-polish coatings. You can keep it looking sharp with just an occasional dry wipe. It integrates effortlessly into pantry cupboards, private study doors, or mudroom entrances where smooth pocket movement saves floor space. The substantial cast proportions hold their weight without feeling clunky, giving each pocket slide a steady, controlled momentum.
